We follow a simple process in making sure you get the best service
We inquire from you full details of your security requirements, we then visit the area that we’ll guard to assess its potential risks and requirements.
We carefully select from a team of security officers, security officer(s) who suits your environment and security needs. Before placing the security officer(s) we’ll send you a link to his/her profile page for you to get to know him/her before starting work.
Our professional supervisor and manager will conduct regular visit to the place we guard so as to assess the work and learn if there is any improvement needed.
To ensure quality of our service, we conduct unplanned visits to the places we guard so as to learn how our security officers perform their jobs. These visits are extra to the visits done by the supervisors and managers.
Members of our top management team will conduct periodic meetings with you to learn how you experience our services and where we can improve.
